HeightMedium (4-6 ft outdoors)
Indoor Yield18-21 oz/m²
Outdoor Yield21+ oz/plant
Growing Notes
GG4 is beginner-friendly. Responds well to topping and SCROG. Watch for humidity in flower — dense buds are susceptible to bud rot. Extremely resinous; prepare for sticky trimming. Moderate feeder, don't overfeed. Keep late-flower temps slightly cooler to preserve terpenes. Harvest when trichomes are 70% milky / 30% amber for peak potency.
Do-Si-Do — frosty kush buds from the OG Kush / GSC lineage
70% Indica
30% Sativa

HeightShort-Medium (2-4 ft)
Indoor Yield14-16 oz/m²
Outdoor Yield16+ oz/plant
Growing Notes
Do-Si-Do benefits from LST and defoliation due to dense canopy. Slightly more demanding than GG4 — watch for nutrient sensitivity (start at 50% nute strength and build up). Tends to show beautiful purple coloring in late flower with cooler night temps (60-65°F). May need extra support/trellising for heavy buds. Flush 2 weeks before harvest for clean flavor.
Purple Haze — vivid purple buds with classic sativa structure
15% Indica
85% Sativa
Genetics
Purple Thai x Haze. Named after the 1967 Jimi Hendrix song "Purple Haze." One of the most iconic cannabis strains in history — a true old-school sativa. The Haze parent originated in Santa Cruz, CA in the 1960s-70s and is one of the foundational sativa genetics worldwide.
Terpene Profile

Flavor & Aroma
Sweet, berry, earthy, with a spicy kick. The purple coloring comes from anthocyanin pigments that develop in cooler temperatures. Smooth, pleasant smoke with a sweet berry exhale. The aroma fills the room — one of the most fragrant strains.

Ideal Grow Conditions
Temp (veg)70-85°F / 21-29°C
Temp (flower)65-80°F / 18-27°C
Humidity (veg)40-60%
Humidity (flower)35-50%
pH Range6.0-7.0 (soil) / 5.5-6.5 (hydro)
HeightTall (3-6 ft indoors)
Indoor Yield14-19 oz/m²
Outdoor Yield19+ oz/plant
Growing Notes
Sativa-dominant means taller plant — expect 3-5 ft indoors. Top early (3rd-4th node) and use SCROG to manage height in the tent. Longer flowering time than indicas — patience pays off. Expose to cooler night temps (60-65°F) in late flower to bring out intense purple coloring. Light feeder compared to GG4 — less is more. Airy bud structure means less bud rot risk than dense indicas.

Diversity Strategy
This lineup covers the full spectrum: a heavy indica hybrid (GG4) for evening relaxation, an indica-dominant (Do-Si-Do) for sleep and pain, and a classic sativa (Purple Haze) for daytime creativity. Different terpene profiles, different effects, different growing challenges — excellent learning variety for a first grow.
