Keep water pH between 6.0-7.0 for soil. Without it, nutrients lock out regardless of what you feed. Get a pH pen before you start feeding nutrients (~week 4-5).

LED lights almost always require calcium-magnesium supplementation. Deficiency shows up as brown spots on leaves. Start when you begin feeding.

AeroLight SE 100W: Keep 24-30" from seedlings, 18-24" in veg, 12-18" in flower. Too close = bleaching, too far = stretching.

OF is pre-amended with enough nutrients for ~4-6 weeks. Don't feed until the plant shows signs it needs it (slight yellowing of lower leaves). Overfeeding seedlings in OF is the #1 beginner mistake.

Wick-fed watering keeps soil consistently moist without overwatering. Check reservoir level weekly. The coco pebble top layer prevents surface evaporation and helps manage tent humidity.

When you flip to 12/12, even tiny light leaks can cause hermaphroditism or reveg. Tent must be pitch black during dark hours.

Around week 4 in veg, cut the main stem above the 4th or 5th node. Splits growth into two main colas and promotes bushier canopy.

Transplanted Day 15 (Apr 3) from coffee jars to 3-gal fabric pots. Avoid heavy feeding for 5-7 days — let roots recover and explore new soil. Water lightly around the edges to encourage outward root growth. Some drooping for 24-48h is normal transplant shock.
